What online platform do you use?
We utilise a secure and interactive online platform designed to create an engaging learning environment. This platform allows for real-time video, interactive whiteboards, and shared documents, making online lessons as effective and personal as in-person tutoring. Full details and access instructions are provided upon enrolment.

How do you cater for my child who has diverse needs?
Our tutoring is highly individualised. We specialise in supporting children with diverse needs, including SEND, school refusal, and anxiety. Hannah's calm and holistic teaching style focuses on building confidence and adapting methods to suit each child's unique learning pace and style. We create a supportive and understanding space where every child can thrive.

How can my child manage the technology?
We understand that technology can sometimes be a concern. Our online platform is user-friendly, and we provide clear, simple instructions to ensure a smooth setup. For younger children or those less familiar with technology, we offer guidance and support during initial sessions to help them become comfortable and confident in navigating the online learning environment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. This will be included in your Terms and Conditions document after signing up.

What is your safeguarding policy?

All our tutors have an enhanced DBS check. Our safeguarding policy will be emailed to you when you sign up as well as being on our website.
